TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read carefully the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the purchase of products through our e-commerce website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and fully accept the provisions below.

1. Product Information

All our items are handcrafted. This means that each piece is unique: any small differences from the images shown on the website are not defects, but an integral part of the value of craftsmanship.

If the product is not immediately available in store, it will be made specifically at the time of the order. Production times may vary, even exceeding 30 days, depending on the type of item requested.

It is also possible to request customizations or the creation of bespoke favors by contacting us directly.

 

2. Prices and Payments

The prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT (where applicable).

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Credit cards

Payment is always required in advance before production and shipping of the products.

When a purchase is confirmed following a quotation received via email, payment must be made exclusively by bank transfer. The production of the quoted piece(s) will begin only once the bank transfer has been successfully processed.

 

3. Shipping

Shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
All shipments are insured in order to ensure greater safety during the transport of fragile products such as ceramics.

Delivery times depend on the availability or production of the product and on the courier used.

 

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the buyer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c of the Consumer Code).

For other products:

  • the return request must be communicated via email within 14 days from receipt;

  • return shipping costs are borne by the customer;

  • the return shipment must be insured and properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Once the product has been received and verified to be intact, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used by the customer.

 

5. Legal Guarantee

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
Defects resulting from improper use, impacts, falls, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions are excluded from the warranty.

 

6. Jurisdiction

For any dispute relating to the application, execution, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the exclusive competent court shall be the Court of Taranto.
